My group of five took a vacation to Villa Del Palmar this February. We had wonderful weather, and the staff was very considerate and helpful! The resort has five different pools, and many hot tubs scattered about. There is a VIP, adults only, and kid’s pools. There are six restaurants, one of which being the buffet, but only two are open for lunch. They also have a market with an attached Starbucks Coffee. The market however is not included in the all-inclusive plan. They also have a luxury spa that costs extra. They have beach access and many activities for guests to enjoy during the day. Next door is a port to the island Isla Mujeres. See my Isla Mujeres post next! Staff was very welcoming and offered us moist towels, water, and champagne upon arrival. Guests are also welcomed to the sister hotel Garza Blanca lounge and garden in front of the hotel, but do not have access to the restaurants. If you stay here, I highly recommend getting the all-inclusive package!
